Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and qualify potential leads through research, calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

✅ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

✅ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies

✅ Follow up with warm leads to convert opportunities

✅ Maintain accurate records in CRM tools

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field

✔ 1+ year of experience in an SDR or similar role

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and CRM systems

✔ Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently
