Sales Agent Female ( US Market)

We are looking for a confident and motivated Female Sales Agent to manage and generate sales for the US market. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets. The role involves interacting with international clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers in the US market through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Present and explain company products or services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales or call center experience (especially US market) is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

• Experience in international sales or cold calling.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
