This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Development Representative.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach and cold calling, aiming for 30 calls per day using a provided list of 3,000 contacts in the Saudi market.
- Build and nurture client relationships by qualifying prospects' seriousness, addressing their needs, and establishing trust for long-term partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research in Saudi Arabia, analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to identify growth opportunities.
- Qualify leads by confirming their genuine interest and commitment, then schedule and coordinate demo appointments to showcase our systems effectively.
- Follow up persistently with prospects post-demo to convert leads into active clients, ensuring seamless progression through the sales funnel.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet established goals effectively
- Experience in sales within SaaS and IT software companies
- Arabic & English language required
