We offer state-of-the-art personal stem cell banking services and technology, partnering with top physicians across the United States. Our focus is building long-term partnerships with clinics by helping them understand, implement, and successfully scale personal stem cell therapy within their practices. We are rapidly expanding our sales floor and looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as the tip of the spear for our growth engine.
The Role
This is a full-time, high-ownership, on-site role based in Oakland Park, FL. You are not just making dials; you are part researcher, part communicator, part operator, and part creative problem-solver.
Your primary mission is to identify new opportunities, creatively source qualified leads, and drive top-tier physicians (Orthopedics, Pain Management, Aesthetics, Functional Medicine) to our exclusive clinical events—including local dinner seminars, regional hands-on trainings, and national medical conferences. From there, you will qualify the practice and book strategic meetings for our Account Executives to close.
This role is designed to be a 18-to-24-month bootcamp with a direct career path to becoming a full Account Executive.
What You Will Do
- Hunt & Source: Identify new physician and clinic opportunities using outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, online research, AI tools, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Drive Event Attendance: Act as an "event-driven" prospector—pitching and securing physician attendance for our free dinner seminars, paid clinical trainings, and major annual conferences.
- Qualify & Hand-Off: Conduct brief, strategic intake calls to understand a prospect's clinical needs, then book seamless discovery calls and intro meetings for our Account Executives (AEs).
- Own the Top of the Funnel: Maintain the lead pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring prospects are perfectly tracked, followed up with, and moved through the sales process.
- Collaborate & Strategize: Work closely with the AEs and leadership team to develop and test new outbound campaigns, messaging, lead lists, and automation workflows.
- Leverage Modern Tech: Use AI and sales automation tools to improve your efficiency, personalize your outreach at scale, and increase your meeting volume.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, lead generation, or high-volume outbound sales.
- Bonus: Healthcare, medical device, biotech, aesthetics, or physician-facing sales experience is a strong plus, but not strictly required if you have the right drive.
- Ability to quickly learn clinical, scientific, and business concepts and communicate them clearly to doctors.
- Hands-on experience using CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
