Sales Development Representative

📍 Location: College Road, Township, Lahore (On-site)

🕒 Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰 Compensation: Base Salary + Attractive Commissions

We are a fast-growing company providing design, drafting, and estimation services to clients in the US construction industry . As part of our expansion, we are building a talented cold calling team in Lahore to connect with contractors and builders across the US and introduce our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based construction companies using qualified lead lists
• Introduce our design and estimation services clearly and professionally
• Build rapport and engage decision-makers to generate qualified leads
• Record accurate call notes and update lead information in CRM / spreadsheets
• Follow scripts, objection handling guidelines, and continuously improve pitch quality
• Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve weekly & monthly targets

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or fluent accent (mandatory)
• Previous cold calling / call center / outbound sales experience (BPO experience preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
• Comfortable working night shifts (US timings)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment
• Basic computer literacy (CRM / spreadsheets)
