You bridge the gap between lead generation and Account Executives, using AI-powered tools to optimize outreach, maintain systematic follow-ups, and consistently hit booking targets. Proven track record in SDR or similar lead conversion role with measurable booking/conversion metrics

Excellent written communication and email copywriting skills; ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach that drives responses

Responsibilities
Convert all assigned leads into qualified sales meetings through strategic email outreach and multi-touch sequences
Own the complete qualification, nurturing, and scheduling process; identify decision-makers and build rapport through written communication
Execute systematic follow-up cadences across all lead stages; re-activate dormant/cold leads with optimized messaging
Maintain 100% CRM data accuracy and hygiene; update lead statuses in real-time and ensure no lead goes untouched for >3 days
Monitor performance metrics through main sales dashboards; track conversion rates, response times, meeting outcomes, and pipeline health
Generate actionable insights from dashboard analytics; identify patterns and optimize approach based on data
Respond to lead replies and engagement within business hours (<10 minutes); handle objections and schedule meetings efficiently
Use AI tools for lead research, email personalization, sequence optimization, and workflow automation
Collaborate with Account Executives on lead quality, handoff process, and meeting outcomes; incorporate feedback to improve qualification criteria
Maintain professional, persistent outreach without being pushy; optimize messaging based on lead behavior, engagement signals, and reply patterns
Stay current with AI sales technologies and best practices; actively seek ways to improve efficiency and conversion rates

Meeting Targets: 15-20 qualified meetings booked per month; 60-70% meeting show rate; 30-40% meeting-to-opportunity conversion
Activity Consistency: 50 leads contacted per day; 25-35 follow-up emails sent daily; response handling time
Conversion Performance: 30-50% lead-to-meeting conversion rate overall; 5% cold lead reactivation rate; 15-20% inbound conversion rate; 5% email reply rate
Process Excellence: 85%+ follow-up completion rate; 100% CRM logging compliance; 90%+ compliance on lead aging (no lead untouched >3 days)
Pipeline Quality: SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) created per month align with AE capacity; 70%+ AE acceptance rate (meetings accepted as qualified)
Speed & Responsiveness: Reply to engaged leads within 10 minutes during business hours; complete lead qualification within 7-14 days of assignment
Data Integrity: 100% accurate lead status updates; CRM records reflect current state of all conversations and touchpoints
