Sales Development Representative

Outbound Sales – US Healthcare

We’re looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who want to start their career in a client-facing, sales-driven role within the US healthcare domain.

This is a voice-based, outbound calling position, where your main focus will be engaging prospects, qualifying interest, and supporting the sales funnel.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, initiating conversations, and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process.

This role is ideal for candidates who are confident speakers and eager to grow in sales, marketing, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based prospects
• Engage prospects and build meaningful conversations
• Introduce healthcare-related services and create interest
• Qualify leads based on interest and relevance
• Perform timely and consistent follow-ups (lead nurturing)
• Support the sales funnel from outreach to qualified opportunity
• Maintain accurate data, call logs, and reporting
• Work in a target-driven environment (KPIs & performance tracking)

Requirements

• Candidates must have 6 months to 1 year call center experience
• Excellent spoken English communication (mandatory)
• Confidence in handling calls and live conversations
• Willingness to work in a cold-calling / sales environment
• Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay consistent and handle rejection professionally
• Basic understanding of sales is a plus
