Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview

We are seeking confident, articulate, and results-driven Telesales Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong English communication skills and proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling. The candidate will be responsible for engaging international clients, promoting services, and driving revenue growth while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to international clients (UK/US markets)
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers
  • Effectively present and promote company services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Address objections and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telesales and cold calling (mandatory)
  • Proven B2B sales experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent spoken English skills (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
  • Confidence in dealing with international clients
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Prior experience in a call center or international sales environment is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
