Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sale and Growth team. This role is perfect for those who have strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and the grit to take initiative. You will play an important role in generating leads, conducting demo calls, and supporting clients during the early stages of onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in SaaS product sales, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct onboarding calls to ensure a seamless experience for new clients and address their queries.
  • Guide clients through the complete onboarding process on the software, ensuring a smooth and effective start to their journey.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through constant communication, follow-ups, and support – a Key Account manager. You will be responsible for maintaining your clients.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools to manage leads, track sales pipelines, and maintain client records.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell SaaS solutions by understanding client needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
  • Communicate issues of clients to the tech team immediately and be responsible for those issues to be resolved.



Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Upto 2 years of working experience
  • Strong grit, discipline, and willingness to learn (proactive attitude is a must.)
  • Basic sales or customer communication understanding is preferred.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks like follow-ups and CRM updates.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like GHL, Hubspot
