About the Role:
We're looking for a driven SDR to join our sales team and help mid-market companies discover how our cloud-based HRMS can transform the way they manage their people. You'll be the first touchpoint in the sales process — generating interest, qualifying leads, and setting up our Account Executives for success.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect mid-market companies through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and book product demos for Account Executives
- Research target accounts to tailor your outreach and understand their HR challenges
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and consistently hit monthly pipeline targets
- Work closely with AEs and Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS is a plus)
- Clear, confident communicator — both written and verbal
- Self-starter who's motivated by goals and comfortable with rejection
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub-Spot
- An interest in HR technology and the problems mid-market businesses face
