Sales Development Representative – Female

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with prior call center experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and support the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Introduce company services and explain offerings to clients
• Maintain records of calls and client interactions
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Requirements:

• Previous call center or telesales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with international clients is a plus
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
