Sales Development Representative (Outbound) - In-House

About Us:
Karachi-based marketing/IT agency with US LLC. Scaling fast to $10K/month. Modern office, team environment, transport allowance.

Role Overview:
Full-time in-house (Karachi office, night shifts for US). Generate leads beyond Apollo (LinkedIn, Google, directories, networking). Maximize appointments (20-25/month) + show-up rates through persistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 100-150 outreaches/day: GHL dialer calls, Apollo emails, LinkedIn, manual sourcing.
  • Build lead flow: Apollo + LinkedIn Sales Nav, Google "IT firms US", FB groups—500+ prospects/week.
  • BANT qualify; book for closer.
  • Drive 80%+ show rates (multi-channel reminders). Track in GHL CRM.
  • Team huddles, live call shadowing, weekly leaderboards.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years outbound sales/call center.
  • Fluent English, reliable transport to Tariq Road, Karachi.
  • Night shift (9 PM-6 AM); team player.

Compensation (OTE PKR 130K-220K/month):

  • Base: PKR 60K/month + transport/food.
  • PKR 1,000 per booked meeting (show-up confirmed).
  • PKR 15K bonus at 25+ meetings; team incentives.
