We’re Hiring – Design Sales Growth Specialist

Experts Communication is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Design Sales Growth Specialist to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales for design and creative services, with a focus on driving growth, optimizing conversions, and building lasting client relationships.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective strategies to grow international sales for design and creative services.
• Generate, qualify, and convert high-quality leads through outbound and inbound channels.
• Identify client needs and offer customized design solutions including branding, UI/UX, and digital design services.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay updated on design trends, competitor activities, and market insights to support sales innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international design or creative service sales.
• Proven experience in achieving growth targets and closing design-related deals.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, branding, web design, and UI/UX concepts.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 120,000 – 300,000 (based on skills and experience)
