PlacidWay is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong lead generation, cold calling, and opportunity qualification skills. This key role will play a crucial part in our growth, directly contributing to our international expansion. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Opportunity Qualification: Evaluate and qualify incoming leads, following established sales processes to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Sales Closing: Assist in negotiating and closing sales in conjunction with the sales team to meet revenue targets.
- CRM and Sales Tools Usage: Manage the pipeline of potential clients and sales opportunities using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective lead generation strategies and ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.
- Activity Reporting: Track and report sales activities, results, and goals regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is essential for communicating with U.S. clients and teams.
- 2-4 years of previous experience in sales, BDR, or lead generation roles, preferably in a technology-related environment.
- Knowledge of digital platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, sales automation, and social media for lead prospecting.
- Results-oriented: Ability to work independently, with a focus on exceeding sales goals and targets.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills, providing effective solutions to client needs.
- Adaptability and remote work capability: Proactive, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
