Sales Development Representative — SaaS HRMS

Location: On-site | Type: Full-time | Level: Junior (1–2 years) | Focus: SME to Mid-Market


About the Role

We're looking for a driven SDR to join our sales team and help mid-market companies discover how our cloud-based HRMS can transform the way they manage their people. You'll be the first touchpoint in the sales process — generating interest, qualifying leads, and setting up our Account Executives for success.


What You'll Do

  • Identify and prospect mid-market companies through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing and book product demos for Account Executives
  • Research target accounts to tailor your outreach and understand their HR challenges
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and consistently hit monthly pipeline targets
  • Work closely with AEs and Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion


What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS is a plus)
  • Clear, confident communicator — both written and verbal
  • Self-starter who's motivated by goals and comfortable with rejection
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • An interest in HR technology and the problems mid-market businesses face
