Sales Development Representative / Sales Executive – SaaS & AI Solutions

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with a strong background in SaaS sales and AI software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales strategies
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns for SaaS and AI-based software products
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients across various industries
  • Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and presentations to prospects
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel and close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging AI solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales and AI software sales
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and sales automation tools
  • Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-driven software solutions and their value propositions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
