Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Australia Outreach (Night Shift)


Pay: 70,000 – 90,000 PKR per month

Shift: 3:00 AM – 11:30 PM (Pakistan Time)

Cold Call Crew is a fast-growing outbound sales agency helping businesses connect with qualified prospects and close more deals. We’re looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Australia Outreach Campaign .


About the Role

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your responsibilities include engaging prospects through cold outreach, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for Account Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, confident communicators and eager to grow in the sales industry. Freshers with excellent English skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads according to the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Book meetings and pass qualified leads to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Collaborate with team leads to refine outreach strategies.
  • Meet weekly KPIs for calls, meetings booked and follow-ups.


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (B2B preferred) OR strong English communication skills and willingness to be trained (freshers welcome).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, HubSpot, Apollo, or Slack is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and results-oriented.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Previous SDR, appointment setting or virtual assistant experience.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification.
