Overview
We are seeking a driven and outgoing
Sales Development Representative
to help expand our pipeline of qualified prospects. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, confident speaking with new people, and motivated by meeting goals and earning commissions.
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers—responsible for starting conversations, understanding needs, and introducing them to our solutions. Your work directly fuels the sales team’s success and the company’s growth.
Core Responsibilities

Make outbound calls, send emails, and conduct social outreach to engage prospects

Qualify leads by understanding their needs, interests, and buying readiness

Schedule appointments, demos, or consultations for senior sales staff

Research target industries, markets, and companies to support targeted outreach

Maintain a clean and organized CRM with updated lead information

Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality
