We’re scaling aggressively and need an SDR who knows how to start conversations with decision-makers, pitch value in seconds, and get meetings on the calendar.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect U.S.-based founders, CTOs, engineering managers, and hiring teams
- Qualify leads and identify real staffing or development needs
- Book sales calls for the founder/closer
- Launch outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and social channels
- Run personalized outreach with angles that actually get replies
- Build and manage ICP lists through Apollo, LinkedIn, and lead tools
- Keep CRM updated (GoHighLevel) with notes, follow-ups, and lead status
- Coordinate with marketing on content + messaging
- Hit weekly KPIs (demos booked, conversations started, pipeline generated)
Who You Are
- Confident communicator with strong English
- Not afraid to message CXOs, directors, or founders
- Understands how to pitch services and tailor messaging
- A natural hunter who thrives on hitting numbers
- Knows how to follow up properly without being annoying
- Curious about tech — you don’t need to code, but you should understand roles
- Bonus: Experience selling agency services, staff augmentation, or dev services
Requirements
- 1–3 years SDR/BDR experience (agency or SaaS)
- Comfort with outbound email tools, LinkedIn Navigator, CRM, and lead scraping
- Strong discovery skills to identify actual hiring needs
- Solid understanding of software engineering roles (React, Node, Python, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Consistent with reporting and pipeline updates
