SourceTeK is a recruitment and staffing agency helping companies worldwide hire top remote and onsite talent quickly and cost-effectively.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated SDR to join our team. You will be responsible for calling leads provided to you, pitching our HR and staffing services to US clients, and qualifying potential opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily calls to leads provided by the company.
  • Introduce and pitch SourceTeK’s HR and staffing services to US clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Sales/Account team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working US timings (7 PM – 4 AM).
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or staffing/recruitment services is a plus.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Location: Lahore, Johar Town (Onsite)
