Job Overview

XtreemeTech is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development team. This role focuses on Lead generation, professional email handling, LinkedIn navigation, and outbound sales outreach to support company growth.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for the sales team through structured outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online platforms
  • Find and connect with decision-makers, founders, and key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a qualified lead database based on target industries
  • Generate leads through cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound inquiries

Email Handling & Outreach

  • Handle professional email communication with prospects and leads
  • Write personalized cold emails and follow-up sequences
  • Manage inbound and outbound emails with timely responses
  • Maintain structured follow-ups to improve response and conversion rates

LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement

  • Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests
  • Initiate and manage conversations through LinkedIn messages
  • Nurture leads by sharing relevant information and booking meetings
  • Maintain a professional company presence on LinkedIn

Client Qualification & Coordination

  • Qualify leads based on business needs and interest level
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the Sales or Business Development team
  • Coordinate with internal teams to share lead insights and requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily and weekly outreach reports
  • Track email and LinkedIn campaign performance
  • Assist in improving outreach strategies and messaging

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead Generation Executive, or similar role
  • Strong skills in professional email handling and LinkedIn navigation
  • Hands-on experience with cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to write customized and personalized messages
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems is a plus
