Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Onsite – Near Emporium Mall, Lahore

About Us

Brainstormers Technologies is a growing software company developing SaaS solutions including early childcare management systems, school management software, and digital platforms. We are looking for a driven and disciplined Sales Development Representative to help us expand our customer base and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. The SDR will focus on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking meetings for senior sales leadership.

This is a high-performance role requiring confidence, persistence, structured follow-up, and strong communication skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients (schools, daycares, institutions, businesses depending on product line).
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach.

Qualification & Discovery

  • Engage prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Schedule meetings or product demos for the CEO / Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate notes in CRM.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information.
  • Track daily activity (calls, emails, meetings booked).
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and qualified meetings.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer objections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred).
  • 1–2 years experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication.
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products is a plus.
