Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Department. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. Your role will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and contributing to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
  • Educate potential customers on the amazing benefits of remote patient monitoring and how our solutions can revolutionize their healthcare practices
  • Team up with our sales squad to develop and execute winning sales strategies
  • Track your sales activities and keep meticulous records using our state-of-the-art CRM system
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of two years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare or technology
  • A proven track record of crushing sales targets
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills – you're a people person who can build rapport and trust effortlessly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills – you can juggle a high volume of outbound calls and appointment settings like a pro
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset – you live for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in CRM software – you'll be a data-tracking wizard
  • Experience in B2B cold calling – you’re not afraid of a little rejection
  • Familiarity with RPM and CCM practices – you're ready to talk the talk
  • Highly motivated and target-driven – you thrive on achieving your goals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills – you close deals like a boss
  • Great time management and organizational skills – you know how to prioritize
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations that hit the mark
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback – you’re always improving
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Work From Home Requirements

  • Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Base Salary: $60,000

  • Performance-driven commission structure paid out monthly. Your hard work directly impacts your total earnings!
