Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Cold Calling

About the Job

Outbound Sales Pro (OSP) is one of the fastest-growing business units within our organization, and we’re expanding our footprint into Norfolk, Nebraska. We’re hiring driven, competitive individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

This is a full-time cold calling role—but more importantly, it’s a launchpad into a high-earning sales career. If you’re motivated by competition, growth, and the opportunity to directly control your income, this role puts you in a position to do exactly that.

You’ll join a Norfolk-based team that supports multiple business units, while helping scale OSP beyond our Boston headquarters. From day one, your performance drives your results—and your paycheck.

This is not a “slow climb” role. High performers can expect rapid advancement, increasing responsibility, and uncapped earning potential.

Location: Norfolk, Nebraska
Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM CST
Compensation: Base + high, uncapped commission with significant upside

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers
  • Use proven cold-calling scripts to spark interest & set qualified meetings
  • Handle objections like a pro and refine your sales pitch daily
  • Develop resilience, confidence, and top-tier cold-calling skills

Your Path To Success

Compensation: base + commission:

$31,200 base salary starting with quarterly raises; $70,000 - $85,000 OTE (on target earnings with commission)

Desired Skills and Experience

Responsibilities

  • Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
  • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
  • Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance
  • Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals, and chatting with them at events
  • Identify and create high-value business opportunities for our sales team to pursue and close

Qualifications

  • Successful experience providing customer service preferred
  • High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
