Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the front line of our sales organization. Your role is to research prospects, make outbound calls, book appointments, and create strong first impressions with potential dealership clients. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate pipeline, nurture leads, and support our overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to automotive dealerships
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery & demo calls for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking within our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Research dealerships, decision-makers, and co-op eligibility
  • Assist the sales team with proposals, follow-ups, and communication
  • Prepare call notes, reports, and appointment handoffs
  • Support sales events, virtual demos, and trade shows
  • Deliver an exceptional experience through clear communication and follow-through

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort making outbound calls and talking to new people regularly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic familiarity with HubSpot and dialers
