Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Outbound

AmzCentric is an Amazon operations and management agency. We work with established e-commerce brands to grow their revenue on Amazon through account management, advertising, and analytics.

About the role

We're hiring an Outbound SDR to help grow our client base. You'll identify and engage potential clients, qualify opportunities, and book discovery calls. This is a remote, performance-based role with a clear path to growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls with decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in CRM
  • Meet weekly activity and meeting targets

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
  • Self-managed and results-driven — you own your numbers
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or Amazon seller landscape is a strong plus
