Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US B2B to build and qualify a strong sales pipeline for our outsourcing services. This role is heavily focused on outbound calling, email outreach, and appointment setting with US-based businesses.
The SDR will play a critical role in engaging prospects and booking qualified meetings for senior sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage US-based decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities for outsourcing services
- Conduct initial discovery calls to assess client needs and fit
- Schedule qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to senior sales leaders
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM
- Meet daily and weekly outreach and qualification targets
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales professional
- Strong exposure to outbound B2B sales targeting US companies
- Experience selling services (IT, staffing, BPO, recruitment, outsourcing preferred)
- Confident English communication with strong phone presence
- Highly organized, target-driven, and resilient to objections
- Comfortable working US shifts in a remote setup
