Location: Pakistan (US business hours) Department: Revenue (CodeCones) Product line: ResolveCX Role

Summary:

Generate qualified meetings and sales-qualified opportunities for SMB and Enterprise AEs. This is a high-output role requiring strong research, disciplined calling, and consistent follow-up using HubSpot and OpenPhone/Quo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn) against ICP target accounts using HubSpot sequences and tasks.
  • Qualify prospects for pain, fit, urgency, and seat sizing; create SQL deals with complete required fields.
  • Book qualified meetings for AEs and ensure high meeting held rates (confirmation + prep).
  • Maintain clean CRM data: notes, outcomes, dispositions, and next steps for every interaction.
  • Work with lead-gen/data ops to improve list quality and messaging; share objection insights weekly.

Success Metrics (First 6-12 Months):

  • Qualified meetings held: 8-12 per week (per SDR) once ramped, with quality gates enforced.
  • SQLs created: 3-6 per week (per SDR) with required deal fields completed.
  • Meeting-to-SQL conversion >= 40% (quality indicator).
  • No-show rate <= 20% through effective confirmation and pre-call prep.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 1-3 years in outbound SDR/BDR or inside sales role.
  • Strong phone skills and comfort with high-volume activity during US hours.
  • Disciplined use of HubSpot tasks, sequences, and activity logging.
  • Ability to research ICP and personalize messaging (not generic spam).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling into contact center/CX personas.
  • Experience with Lusha (or similar) and basic deliverability awareness.
  • Experience booking meetings for enterprise stakeholders

Pay: Rs110,000.00 per month
