Job Overview

We are hiring confident and articulate Telesales Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent English communication skills and at least 1 year of experience in cold calling. The candidate will be responsible for engaging international clients, promoting services, and driving sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to international clients (UK/US markets)
• Handle inbound queries and convert leads into customers
• Present and promote company services effectively
• Build strong client relationships and maintain rapport
• Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Meet sales targets and performance KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or telesales (mandatory)
• Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Confidence in dealing with international clients
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Prior experience in call center or sales is a plus

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
