As we rapidly expand our global footprint, we are looking for ambitious and results-driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our Lahore office and help us scale our presence in the UK and US markets.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a persuasive Customer Sales Representatives to act as the first point of contact for potential B2B clients. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, generating interest in our digital solutions, and setting the stage for long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* High-Volume Prospecting: Make 100+ outbound calls daily to targeted B2B decision-makers in the UK and US markets.
* Sales Pitch: Articulate the value of our digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Web Development, Google Ads) to generate interest.
* Lead Qualification: Identify client needs, qualify potential leads, and book high-quality appointments for our senior sales executives.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.
* Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), specifically a target of 20+ qualified leads per month.
* Market Awareness: Stay current with digital marketing trends to effectively communicate how Brandix Soft solutions can address client pain points.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Minimum Matriculation (O-Levels) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
* Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience in international B2B cold calling (Experience in selling Digital Marketing Services is highly preferred).
* Communication: Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent listening skills and a neutral accent.
* Sales Acumen: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a hunter mentality.
* Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, Digital Media Marketing, Google My Business (GMB), Google Ads Management, and Web Development is mandatory.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, dialers, and standard office applications.
* Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Timings (Monday-Friday):
* UK Market: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PKT)
* US Market: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)
