Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US Real Estate (Creative Finance Focus)

Overview

We are a real estate investment company focused on acquiring creative finance deals across the U.S. We work directly with agents and sellers to structure win-win opportunities, including low down payment purchases and seller financing.

We are looking for a sharp, persistent SDR who can speak confidently with real estate agents, extract key deal information, and identify opportunities that fit our buying criteria.

Your Role

As an SDR, your primary responsibility is to text and call real estate agents, qualify properties, uncover seller motivation, and identify deals that meet our investment criteria.

You are not just a caller — you are an opportunity finder.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong spoken English
  • Confident and natural communicator
  • Ability to handle objections and guide conversations
  • Attention to detail (critical for deal qualification)
  • Experience in real estate or cold calling is a plus

Our Buying Criteria we are targeting:

  • Creative deals with:
  • 2–3% down payment
  • Monthly expenses (including management, maintenance, vacancy) below long-term rental income

OR

  • Deals with:
  • 20–30% down payment
  • Seller financing in second position
  • Monthly expenses (including management, maintenance, vacancy) below long-term rental income

Success in This Role

You will succeed if you:

  • Ask the right questions
  • Identify real motivation
  • Spot creative deal opportunities
  • Pass high-quality leads to the acquisitions team

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST (20 hours per week)

Compensation:

  • $35 per week (20 hours)
  • +$35 weekly bonus for bringing 50 qualified leads

Work Location: Remote

Pay: Rs42,000.00 - Rs84,000.00 per week
