Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive (Female Preferred) who knows how to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals across different platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, practical experience with platforms like Upwork, and the ability to explore and leverage other channels for business growth.

Responsibilities:

-Identify and generate leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, networking, etc.)

-Manage and respond to client inquiries across different platforms.

-Prepare proposals, pitch services, and close deals effectively

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business

-Explore new platforms and opportunities to expand the sales pipeline-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

-Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements::

-Proven experience in sales/business development

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Experience with online platforms (Upwork experience would be plus)

-Ability to explore and utilize multiple sales channels-Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

-Basic understanding of IT / digital services is a plus
