Job Summary

The Developer Relations Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of real estate developer partners, ensuring effective execution of sales plans, and driving revenue growth through strong relationship management. The role acts as a key liaison between the company and real estate developers to ensure alignment on sales targets, product updates, and market strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on the performance of real estate developer partners in executing agreed sales plans.
  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets related to developer projects.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams to align efforts with developer offerings and project updates.
  • Track project inventory, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales performance and developer collaboration.
  • Resolve operational issues and facilitate smooth communication between developers and internal departments.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
