We sell high ticket coaching offers & training. We're in need of someone who can dial all of our leads full time to get them booked onto our closers' calendars.
Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Dialer, where you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through proactive outbound calls. This energetic position requires a motivated individual who thrives on connecting with people, building relationships, and opening doors to new sales opportunities. As a Sales Dialer, you will be the first point of contact that sparks interest and sets the stage for successful sales conversations, contributing directly to our company’s growth and success.
Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using our dialer system to generate new sales leads and appointments
- Engage customers with enthusiasm, clearly communicating product benefits and answering initial questions
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and determining their interest level in our offerings
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and pass qualified leads for further engagement
- Follow up with potential customers via calls or emails to nurture interest and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Continuously improve calling scripts and strategies based on feedback and performance metrics
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that energizes conversations
- Proven ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone and build rapport quickly
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques, including active listening and objection handling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clarity and confidence
- Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with CRM or dialer systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to team success
