About Us

FULLY RIGHT ON BEAUTY LLC is a Houston-based beauty and human hair company specializing in premium wigs, bundles, and extensions under brands such as KIWI®, YENAS®, and S-Co™. We are expanding both our physical and online presence and seeking a creative, motivated Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing sales department.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging promotional videos and social media content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) that drive customer interest and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to connect online engagement with actual product sales.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing activities.
• Analyze video and marketing performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements.
• Help manage online product updates, pricing, and promotions on Shopify and other digital platforms.
• Support company-wide marketing events, brand campaigns, and showroom display activities.
• Follow company policies, work schedules, and management requirements for both on-site and hybrid work.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $12.00/hour during the 3-month probationary period.
• After Confirmation: $15.00/hour.
• Sales Commission: 3%–5% commission based on verified sales performance (the higher the sales volume, the higher the commission).
• Pay Schedule: Semi-monthly (15th and last day of each month).

Qualifications

• Experience with social media marketing, video editing, or online promotion preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook marketing tools.
• Strong English communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, creative, and goal-driven personality.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
