ABOUT THE ROLE:

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will partner with designers and the Marketing Manager, managing the department’s daily workflow and providing backup support as needed.

Organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills will be important to determine the workflow and importance of each project. This role needs to quickly develop a solid working relationship with all team members, stakeholders and agents/clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business management, or communications is preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

  • Track, assign, and monitor follow-up using department ticketing system
  • Communicate frequently with agents and employees via phone or email to answer questions and clarify requests
  • Prepare and Assemble materials for distribution
  • Manage Marketing Assets and Requests involving company-wide marketing platform
  • Manage and create company-wide digital assets on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Assist Creative Content Manager with Social Media strategy implementation
  • Assist Graphic Designers with templated requests on an as needed basis

Onsite in Houston, 77056

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
