The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, as well as a strong background in marketing and sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and executing effective marketing campaigns.
Education and Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (health and wellness industry experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Manage Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Strong writing and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Marketing/Advertising Activities
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Develop written and visual content such as blog posts, newsletters, and video snippets that resonate with our target audience.
- Google Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase leads, and maximize return on investment.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, influencers, and community groups to strengthen our brand’s presence and reach.
- Campaign Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing and promoting health and wellness events, workshops, and seminars to engage the community.
2. Administration/Management
- Facilitate weekly team meetings to ensure effective team communications and progress.
- Attend weekly management and bi-weekly team meetings providing updates on KPIs, as well as, Marketing and Key Initiatives
- Perform other related duties to ensure effective communication and practice promotions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
