The Role

This is a dual-focused role. Half of your time will be dedicated to client experience: answering calls, logging leads, and ensuring smooth communication across MSK. The other half will focus on social media: recording and editing short-form videos, and publishing content on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Lead Management

• Answer calls, greet clients, and record lead details
• Enter inquiries into ClickUp/CRM systems
• Manage follow-ups to ensure leads are ready for the Sales/CEO team
• Provide bilingual client support (Spanish strongly preferred)

Social Media & Marketing Support

• Record engaging short-form videos (via phone or camera) for TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• Edit and publish posts consistently across platforms
• Write captions, add hashtags, and research trends
• Support marketing campaigns and client content coordination
• Maintain MSK’s professional yet approachable brand voice online

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, reception, or a client-facing role
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Experience with CRM/ClickUp preferred (training available if needed)
• Spanish language skills strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Confident, creative, and comfortable appearing on camera if needed
