Bilingual Marketing Specialist (English/Spanish) – Law Firm

Join our growing law firm as a Marketing Specialist! We’re looking for a creative, bilingual professional who can help us grow our business, build our brand, and manage our online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the firm’s business.

• Update and manage the firm’s website (content, blogs, SEO, landing pages).

• Create flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.

• Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

• Plan and coordinate outreach events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.

• Track marketing analytics and suggest improvements.

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Strong design and content creation skills (flyers, social media posts, digital campaigns).

• Experience with website management (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) and SEO.

• Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and execute them independently.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior legal marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
