Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Specialist to enhance our brand presence and effectively communicate our value proposition to clients, investors, and stakeholders. This role is pivotal in shaping our narrative across digital and traditional channels, supporting business development, and reinforcing our position as a trusted advisor in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Messaging: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Golden HQ Capital's mission and objectives. Craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, emphasizing our expertise in sustainable growth and private equity.
  • Content Creation & Management: Produce high‑quality content for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and social media. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all materials.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage and grow our online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry forums. Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Public Relations & Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets. Draft press releases, handle media inquiries, and coordinate interviews to promote company achievements and thought leadership.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and promote events such as webinars, conferences, and client meetings. Manage logistics, speaker coordination, and post‑event follow‑up to maximize engagement.
  • Market Research & Analytics: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform future strategies.
  • Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals. Support employee engagement initiatives through internal newsletters and updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
