In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through various digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and manage paid social advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to engage with the audience.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure success and refine strategies using tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics.
- Design eye-catching graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for social media posts.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and conversion.
- Engage in relationship management with influencers and partners to expand brand reach.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, and video editing techniques.
Skills
- Proficient in social media marketing strategies with hands-on experience in managing multiple platforms.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with content creation techniques that resonate with target audiences.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research methodologies.
- Experience in public relations and relationship management within a digital context.

- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency.
