Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and executing digital campaigns that elevate brand awareness and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is skilled in graphic design, video editing, and social media advertising across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote company products and services, strengthen brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Create visually compelling graphics, videos, and motion content for use across all social media platforms.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube) by posting engaging, high-quality content and interacting with the audience.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and visual assets to support tradeshows, conferences, and the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with company goals and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign and social media performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other reporting tools to track engagement and ROI.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice and visual identity across all digital and print marketing materials.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva.
  • Skilled in video editing for social media reels, stories, and YouTube content.
  • Experience with YouTube Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
  • Ability to create professional marketing collateral (flyers, product sheets, banners, and presentations) for tradeshows and sales use.
  • Understanding of SEO and paid media strategies to improve content visibility and ad performance.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
