Job Scope and Accountabilities:

• We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help shape and grow our digital presence. In this role, you’ll create and manage content across our digital channels, support integrated campaigns, and engage directly with our online community.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in digital communications or social media who’s ready to take on more responsibility, expand their skills, and grow into a senior strategist role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Communications

• Support the development and execution of digital communication plans aligned with company goals.
• Write and edit content for web, email, blogs, and other digital channels.
• Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all platforms.

Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of company social media accounts (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to community interactions.
• Stay on top of trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas forward.

Content & Campaign Support

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product to deliver compelling multimedia content (graphics, video snippets, infographics).
• Assist in running digital campaigns to support product launches, events, and thought leadership.
• Support internal communications and employee advocacy initiatives.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and report on key performance metrics for social and digital campaigns.
Use analytics to identify what’s working, what’s not, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Must reside in Eastern or Central standard time zones.

• 2–5 years of experience in digital communications, social media management, or related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different channels.
• Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, native platforms).
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, paid social, email best practices).
• Creative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong communicator with the ability to present to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence; comfortable leading through influence.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
