Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and passionate Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to take our online presence and marketing to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts with engaging, on-brand content.

* Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, retargeting).

* Analyze digital campaigns and provide performance reports with actionable insights.

* Create and schedule content calendars, manage posts, and respond to comments/messages.

* Handle graphic designing, content writing, and create appealing multimedia content.

* Monitor trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and social media.

* Optimize SEO and improve website traffic using AI and other best practices.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

* 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.

* Proficiency with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.

* Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content strategy.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.

* Pay Scale starting from Rs 80,000.00 per month

* 3 years Contractual Job offer upon completion of probationary period.

* Appraisal on yearly basis. Regular and punctual to work and on-time task completion will be counted for the appraisals.
