Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist with a strong focus on advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across all social media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. You will ensure campaigns are performance-driven, ROI-focused, and aligned with brand’s overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and display networks (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve maximum ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to ensure optimal ad performance.
- Collaborate with team to develop compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC, paid social media, and digital advertising.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance metrics.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align paid campaign strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms; preference will be given to applicants who have worked on US-based campaigns & understands US market.
- Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, remarketing, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong copywriting and ad content development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO and organic social media strategies for integrated campaigns.
