Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Customer Engagement Focus)

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns through social platforms and provide quick, effective resolutions.
  • Plan and execute monthly social media calendars with timely and creative content.
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to create visually appealing and engaging posts.
  • Develop new ideas for campaigns, interactive content, and strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Schedule, manage, and monitor posts across platforms using Meta Business Suite.
  • Run and optimize Meta Ads, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Keep detailed records of customer queries and solutions provided.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in training and continuous learning to enhance digital marketing and customer engagement skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, BBA, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, customer service, or social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
