Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns through social platforms and provide quick, effective resolutions.
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars with timely and creative content.
- Collaborate with writers and designers to create visually appealing and engaging posts.
- Develop new ideas for campaigns, interactive content, and strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
- Schedule, manage, and monitor posts across platforms using Meta Business Suite.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on results.
- Keep detailed records of customer queries and solutions provided.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training and continuous learning to enhance digital marketing and customer engagement skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, BBA, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, customer service, or social media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
