About the Position

The Sales Director will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s sales strategies, leading and managing the sales team, driving growth across digital and traditional sales channels, and enhancing profitability. This role reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement domestic and international sales strategies
  • Optimize online sales channels (website, mobile app, CRM, campaigns)
  • Manage sales budget and P&L performance
  • Set and monitor sales targets for agencies, call centers, and online channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to create new sales opportunities
  • Manage business partnerships and develop new collaborations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, fostering a performance-driven culture
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecast analyses to senior management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry (tour operators, travel agencies, OTA, hotel/flight sales)
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in digital sales channels, CRM, and campaign management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented and analytical approach
  • Preferably experienced in international markets
  • Proficiency in English
