Sales Director

Job Title: Sales Director – Chemical Manufacturing

Reporting: General Manager

Location: Riyadh, KSA


Role Overview:

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for our clients

chemical manufacturing business. The role will focus on driving revenue growth across domestic and

export markets, developing strong client relationships (particularly in the paints, coatings, and related

industries), and ensuring alignment between commercial goals and operational capacity.


Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in Saudi Arabia and

international markets.

 Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the paints, coatings, and color industries.

 Identify and open new markets while strengthening the company’s presence in existing

segments.

 Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver on KPIs and ensure high performance.

 Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to align customer requirements

with operational capabilities.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adjust strategies

proactively.

 Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies.

 Drive collections and payment follow-ups, maintaining healthy cash flow.

 Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth plans to senior

management.


Key Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline (MBA preferred).

 Proven track record in sales leadership within the chemical manufacturing industry.

 Strong network and established relationships within the paints, coatings, and colors industry.

 15+ years of experience, including export markets.

 Strong commercial and technical acumen with the ability to balance growth and profitability.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

 Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a sales team.

 Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
