About The Role

As a Sales Director for a leading video manufacture, selected candidate will lead and inspire the local sales organization, develop and execute strategic sales plans. Oversee and mentor the local sales team, implement innovative sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities with a strong track record of driving performance, growth, and achieving sales targets.
  • Highly skilled in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to influence and build trust across all organizational levels.
  • A strategic and analytical professional who leverages data-driven insights to shape effective sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
  • Over 10 years of proven sales experience in Saudi Arabia; preferably within the AV or LED display industry combined with solid leadership and business development expertise.
  • Flexible and willing to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia to support the sales team, engage clients, and successfully close key deals.
