Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
